Marketing Executive International Voice Process

About the Role

Envertiz Consultancy is looking for energetic, driven, and customer-focused Marketing Executives for our client's International Voice Process. The role involves connecting with international customers, presenting products/services, and achieving sales conversions through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international prospects to promote and sell company products/services.
Understand customer requirements, address concerns, and close sales effectively.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads through calls and emails to maximize conversions.
Work closely with the sales team to drive improved conversions and customer retention strategies.

Required Skills

Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident tone.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or international voice processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

Graduate or HSC with relevant experience in voice-based sales roles.
Experience in international B2B or B2C calling is highly preferred.
