RESPONSIBILITIES

● Plan and implement B2B marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads for the company

● Identify target markets, build customer personas, and leverage data to optimize marketing strategies.

● Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive traffic to the company website.

● Proficiently use marketing tools such as Google Analytics,Mail Chimp,Mailmodo,Brevo, HubSpot, or similar platforms to monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance.

● Write and edit high-quality content for blogs, social media posts, websites, and other marketing materials, ensuring SEO optimization and audience engagement.

● Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), focusing on B2B engagement and lead generation.

● Collaborate with the design team to ensure that content is visually appealing and aligned with marketing goals.

● Develop, customize, and implement marketing templates for email campaigns, presentations, reports, and social media content, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.

● Creating engaging content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms


REQUIREMENTS

● Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.

● In-depth knowledge of Google Ads campaigns

● Experience creating engaging content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, with a focus on B2B engagement.

● Great if you have experience with the fintech, insurance, gaming and e-commerce industries.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
