Job Description

Job Title:

Work Timings:

  • Identify and develop new business leads and customers in the assigned market segment.
  • Acquire new accounts and drive sales revenue growth.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to customer conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory for regular customer visits.
  • Handle and grow multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and industry interactions.
  • Educate customers on product applications, benefits, and commercial value.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments.

Desired Profile / Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in a relevant industry.

  • Industry Knowledge:

    Herbal Extracts, Oleoresins, Essential Oils, Intermediates, Fragrances, Oils, Spices.

  • Sales Skills:

    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

  • Mobility:

    Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.

  • Technical Skills:

    Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Language Skills:

    Fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi (additional languages preferred).

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
