Job Title: Marketing Executive - Flavours and Fragrances Location: Hyderabad (with PAN India travel) Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Flavours and Fragrances products to various manufacturers across India, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Visits: Regularly visit Food, Pharma, Home Care, Personal Care, and Detergent manufacturers across India to promote our products. 2. Brief Collection and Sample Submission: Collect briefs from customers, understand their requirements, and submit samples accordingly. 3. Follow-up and Business Development: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure timely feedback, resolve any concerns, and identify new business opportunities. 4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders. 5. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and marketing strategies. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback to the management team. Requirements: 1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the flavour and fragrance industry / B2B 3. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India (PAN India basis).
