Job Description

Systems Engineer ERP

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain ERP modules: Procurement, Manufacturing, QC, Dispatch & Finance.
Manage item master data, BOMs, batch traceability, and document workflows.
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams for process alignment.
Generate MIS reports; ensure accuracy in FSSAI and export documentation.
Provide ERP user support, training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

Graduate in IT, Engineering, or Business.
3 - 6 years experience with ERP systems (Odoo / ERPNext / SAP B1 / Dynamics preferred).
Strong understanding of operations, supply chain, production, and regulatory documentation in nutraceuticals/pharma/FMCG.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
