Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Engineer to join our team and drive exceptional end user experiences across our life sciences product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge combined with strategic marketing skills to enhance customer engagement and drive end-user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Technical Marketing & Product Positioning

  • Develop and execute technical marketing strategies that clearly communicate product value to end users.
  • Create compelling technical content including application notes, white papers, webinars, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to understand product capabilities and translate technical specifications into customer benefits
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform positioning strategies

End User Experience Optimization

  • Design and implement programs to enhance the complete customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase support
  • Develop user-centric marketing materials and digital experiences that address specific workflow challenges
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to optimize digital touchpoints and customer interfaces
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve user experience initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product management, R&D, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize online presence and lead generation
  • Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance in all marketing materials

Required Qualifications

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemical, or related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or applications support within the life sciences industry
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns for technical products

Marketing & Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort with public speaking
  • Project management experience with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
