Job Responsibility: You must examine the patients eyes, prescribe appropriate correction and recommend suitable vision correction appliance to generate potential buyer for the store following sequential process as per company guideline. You must promote contact, recommend all your patients aggressively, and motivate them to accept contact lens as vision correction appliance, dispense contact lenses to the patients following the sequential contact lens practice guideline. You must participate actively in overall store sales and work to achieve not only his individual sales targets but also contribute to achieve overall store goals and targets. Maintaining neat and orderly appearance throughout the store as well as within the clinic and always maintain a pleasant ambience in store at all time Recording and reporting of all data needed for smooth functioning of store Effective and meaningful participation in all the store activities like inventory management, cash reconciliation, cash register, managing financial transaction, balancing drawers, banking, proper product display, daily order delivery management, daily order management, customer calling, order verification, data feeding in the system, refilling consumables, refilling inventory, managing patients for eye test, maintain all the assets of the store and any other work as may be needed from time to time Always keep in mind that the customers / patients are the asset of the company and as a company employee it is the responsibility of the sales executive is to maintain the asset of the company. Always ask for referrals from the customer after completing a deal or patient interaction. You will need to visit different stores based upon business need and will need to participate in sales actively.
About the Role: Were looking for a creative and technically skilled Designer who can blend AI-powered design workflows , prompt engineering , and VFX video production to craft visually stunning content for digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and product showcases. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI design tools , video editing suites and understand how to create engaging motion visuals that align with brand identity. Key Responsibilities: AI Prompt & Visual Generation Create and manage AI prompts to generate high-quality visuals, motion graphics, and short videos. Use AI tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Kaiber, etc.) to produce product teasers, reels, and campaign assets. Maintain a structured prompt library for internal creative reuse and consistency. Video Creation & Editing Develop promotional videos, reels, and brand storytelling pieces using AI + traditional editing tools. Add cinematic effects , transitions , and 3D/VFX elements to elevate visual quality. Work closely with marketing and brand teams to turn creative concepts into video campaigns. VFX & Motion Design Use After Effects or similar software to create dynamic visual effects, typography, and product highlights. Integrate AI-generated visuals into real footage for seamless compositing. Collaborate on visual direction, animation styles, and shot sequences. Creative Automation & Innovation Explore and test new AI tools and workflows to optimize content production speed and quality. Automate parts of creative production using generative models (e.g., text-to-video, AI voiceovers, motion enhancement). Suggest creative use-cases for AI visuals in social media, ads, and website content. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Animation, VFX, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in video editing , motion design , or VFX production . Proficiency in: AI Tools Editing Tools Prompt Writing: Ability to write clear, detailed prompts for consistent creative outputs. Strong sense of color, composition, pacing, and storytelling. Knowledge of sound syncing , transitions , VFX compositing , and AI-based upscaling . Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives .
