WSP is seeking a Marketing Editor to support our Strategic Growth Team, US. The successful candidate will manage marketing collateral (project descriptions, resumes, awards, images, client quotes, letters of reference, etc.) The position will also support our marketing team in completing proposals and qualifications packages by researching our projects, people, and overall qualifications. Responsibilities: Create, edit, update, and enter resumes, project descriptions, and collateral marketing material into the central database Review, edit, and approve resumes and project data from outside sources Perform research to verify content such as facts, references, dates, etc. Organize and track data to be entered into the database Perform routine QA/QC checks on data in the database Key skills: Bachelor's degree, with preference for a degree in Journalism or English 2 to 5 years of experience in resume, content, or proposal development Understanding of journalistic writing styles like AP style Excellent verbal and written communication skills with s trong attention to detail A self-motivated team member, who demonstrates initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand, can effectively multitask Ability to follow directions and perform tasks consistently without continual supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint experience is an asset
