Focused on hyper-personalized customer experiences, they implement modern CDPs and marketing intelligence systems to unlock data-driven growth across industries. Job Purpose The client is looking for an experienced CDP & Marketing Analytics Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and AI-powered marketing analytics. The role aims to bridge data engineering and marketing strategy, enabling real-time personalization, intelligent decisioning, and performance tracking through advanced data ingestion, ML modeling, and GenAI applications. Roles And Responsibilities Architect and implement customer data ingestion pipelines from sources like CRM, mobile, PoS, and social media into a unified CDP. Build real-time streaming data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, and similar tools. Design composable CDP solutions on modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks. Develop and operationalize AI/ML models for customer segmentation, churn prediction, lifetime value analysis, and campaign attribution. Apply NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, intent detection, and dynamic engagement strategies. Build Next Best Action (NBA) and propensity models for predictive targeting and optimization. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in CDP implementation and marketing analytics. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experienced with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Proven expertise in cloud platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake). Practical experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers. Experience in building and deploying GenAI applications including chatbots, dynamic content, and synthetic data. Understanding of marketing attribution models, funnel metrics, and customer retention strategies. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across marketing and technology teams. Preferred Skills - Experience with CDP tools like Segment, Hightouch, Salesforce CDP, mParticle, or Amperity. Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring practices.
