Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience at Nearbymart. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, special events, and seasonal offers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Promotional Materials:
  • Create and manage in-store signage, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all promotional materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Analyze the CRM campaign performance and customer feedback to recommend improvements and adjust strategies.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, updating website content, and coordinating email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor online engagement and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Event Management:
  • Assist in planning and executing store events, product launches, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with store management to ensure events are successful and align with marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management:
  • Help manage the marketing budget by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing expenditures and ROI.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as media outlets, advertising agencies, and community organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Previous experience in event planning and execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
