We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst with a passion for the

food service and catering industry. In this role, you will support the marketing and sales teams

by analysing customer behaviour, market trends, campaign performance, and business data to

help optimize marketing efforts and increase bookings. Your insights will directly impact how

we attract, retain, and delight our catering clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and campaign performance to identify trends and

opportunities in the catering and hospitality market.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, booking

rates, customer retention, and ROI.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to help position our catering services

effectively.

Develop customer segmentation strategies based on event type, client profiles, and order

frequency.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and

recommend improvements.

Use analytics tools to assess digital and offline marketing efforts.

Assist in forecasting demand for different types of events (e.g., weddings, corporate, private

parties).

Support for email campaigns, website content, and promotional offers.

Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to leadership and key

stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, Statistics, or a related

field.

2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or

food service industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics platforms.

Familiarity with CRM

Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C customer journeys in catering or event services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in Marketing or Business Administration

Experience with catering & hospitality management.

Proficiency with marketing software and tools.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
