🎯 Role Overview

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our marketing and sales operations. You’ll play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, managing CRM data, and preparing reports that drive decision-making.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

💬 Customer Support

• Handle chat and phone interactions with customers professionally
• Deliver prompt and effective responses to client queries

📊 CRM & Lead Management

• Update and maintain leads in the CRM system
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure complete and accurate data
• Generate lead reports and track campaign responses

📈 Data & Reporting

• Assist in analyzing marketing and sales data
• Create reports to support business decisions

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with internship experience can also apply)
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
