As a Service Head, you will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers" equipment. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties. Ideally, you should have a technical background in electronics or instrumentation, with experience in machinery-related fields. You will be diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment, responding to customer concerns, and troubleshooting technical issues. Your ability to work productively in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision, handle sensitive issues, and provide exemplary customer service will be crucial. Your Roles and Responsibilities will include assessing hardware and software malfunctions, disassembling and reassembling machines for repairs, completing preventative maintenance, conducting troubleshooting, educating customers on equipment usage, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining parts inventory, attending training events, updating service records, and identifying sales opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to travel within India, lift and carry tools weighing up to 25 kgs, follow company procedures and regulations, cooperate with the technical team, and build positive relationships with customers.
