The Role

Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads
—own budgets, creatives, targeting, and weekly experiments.
Implement and maintain tracking with
Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel
; define events/conversions, troubleshoot issues, and keep dashboards current.
Run
email marketing
end to end (welcome, nurture, reminders, re-engagement); segment lists, schedule sends, and A/B test subject lines and CTAs.
Capture, clean, and qualify inbound
leads
(deduplicate, enrich, score); ensure accurate tagging, consent, and source attribution.
Prepare
sales-ready
opportunities with clear notes and SLAs; route to the right owner and maintain CRM hygiene through the funnel.
Partner with
Sales
to hit shared KPIs (MQL→SQL→Bookings); launch quick support campaigns and close feedback loops from call outcomes.
Grow
organic and paid traffic
via SEO hygiene, community posting, retargeting, and new tools/methods; ship simple CRO tests to lift form completion.

What You’ll Bring

2–5 years
in performance/growth marketing (education/study-abroad a plus).
Hands-on with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads
.
Working knowledge of
GTM/GA4
and
Meta Pixel
; able to set up, QA, and report core events.
Comfortable running
email campaigns
(Intercom/HubSpot/Mailchimp or similar).
Clear, concise copywriting for ads, emails, and landing pages.
Organized, collaborative, and confident owning weekly targets and simple reporting.

Nice to Have:

Tools You’ll Use

GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, Clarity, Intercom//Mailchimp, Looker Studio/Sheets, and common SEO/keyword tools.
