Job Summary:

Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print platforms
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies for timely execution of projects
Maintain and update marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and performance reports
Manage the company’s social media accounts and schedule regular posts
Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy decisions
Monitor campaign performance metrics (email open rates, ad CTRs, social engagement, etc.) and prepare basic reports
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
Support content creation for emails, blogs, social media, and ads
Maintain the company’s CRM or marketing database with accurate records

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role (internship experience accepted for entry-level roles)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
