Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: Bangalore Job Type: Internship- (Possible to convert to Full-Time) Department: Business Development / Marketing Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales

Head Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and business development efforts. This role bridges marketing support and client coordination, ensuring smooth execution of proposals, presentations, and lead follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable handling both internal coordination and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Business Development team with preparing client proposals, pitch presentations, and capability documents. • Coordinate with internal departments (design, operations, etc.) to gather inputs and data for sales decks or tenders. • Maintain and update the client database, tracking leads, follow-ups, and ongoing opportunities. • Schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and ensure timely communication and follow-through. • Support in drafting business emails, quotations, and other documentation as required. • Assist in market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, or new business opportunities. • Maintain a repository of marketing and business collateral (brochures, case studies, portfolio decks, etc.). • Track status of leads/prospects and prepare weekly reports for management review. • Coordinate logistics and materials for exhibitions, events, or client demos when needed.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or business development support role. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). • Highly organized and good at multitasking. • Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and CRM tools (if any).
