Purpose of the job

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our schools marketing and admissions efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the schools reputation, increase student enrollment, and engage with parents and the community. This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, event planning, and public relations skills to effectively promote the schools academic programs, facilities, and achievements.

Academic:

Professional:

Experience : 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and marketing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools is an advantage.
• Skils:

• Experience in admissions and student recruitment for CBSE schools.
• Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and educational policies in India.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and school leadership.
