Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

DIO India is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our events, marketing campaigns, and sales team activities. The role includes managing marketing/demo materials, coordinating logistics, overseeing event preparations, can coordinate to sales team for data collection and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage event assets, product demos, and promotional materials.
• Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and demo kits.
• Coordinate registrations, guest lists, and post-event feedback.
• Prepare reports on events, inventory usage, and customer feedback.
• Liaise with sales teams and DIO offices for material requests and follow-ups.
• Oversee logistics & timely dispatch of materials.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination or event management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in medical/dental devices is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
