Redlabel.ai is an AI and data analytics startup building complex intelligent solutions. We are a technical team dedicated to innovation, and we need a sharp, creative intern to help us articulate our value to the market, drive inbound interest, and build a powerful, consistent brand presence.
We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing & Content Strategy Intern to execute our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases Redlabel.ai's expertise, managing our digital channels, and nurturing potential leads through valuable resources. Your work will directly support our client acquisition efforts by increasing brand awareness and driving qualified traffic.
Note: This is an unpaid internship intended for candidates seeking hands-on experience and portfolio development.
Content Creation & Management:
Draft and edit engaging content for our digital channels, including blog posts, case studies, and website copy, focusing on the value of AI solutions.
Design and create lead magnets (e.g., short white papers, checklists, short guides) that demonstrate our technical authority and capture potential client information.
Work with the technical team to translate complex AI concepts into clear, market-ready language.
Digital Channel Strategy:
Manage and schedule content across professional platforms, primarily LinkedIn, to maximize reach and engagement within our target B2B audience.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform our content calendar.
Email Marketing:
Assist in drafting and formatting marketing newsletters and automated email sequences to nurture inbound leads generated by the content.
Performance Tracking:
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track the performance of content and marketing campaigns.
Provide reports on key metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement) to help optimize our strategy.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Demonstrated Writing Ability: Exceptional skills in professional, persuasive, and error-free writing with an ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in tools for graphic design/presentation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint) to create visual assets that accompany content.
Digital Acumen: Familiarity with professional social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and understanding of basic SEO principles.
Proactive & Organized: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a content pipeline and deadlines independently.
Learning Aptitude: Genuine interest in technology, AI, and B2B marketing; willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
Creative Autonomy: Take ownership of our content strategy and see your ideas go live across our professional channels.
Portfolio Building: Build a strong portfolio of published content, from blog posts to full lead magnets and marketing copy.
Exposure to AI: Gain valuable experience marketing a cutting-edge technology in a B2B environment.
Mentorship: Receive guidance from senior leadership on marketing strategy, lead generation, and brand development.
