Conduct outreach to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and attending trade shows. Deliver engaging presentations showcasing the advantages of our bioenergy products and services. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms. Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintain a deep understanding of the bioenergy industry, competitor landscape, and customer needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Prepare and track sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Participate in ongoing sales training to stay updated on the latest industry developments and bioenergy solutions. • Provide requisite support in research, development, and implementation of new marketing • Develop, manage, and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication vehicles. • Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of all online communication vehicles. • Actively meet the strategic people including those from GoI to ensure effective networking. • Assist in setting the yearly agenda for the marketing group and help in managing the department to accomplish its goals. • Other duties as assigned. Desirable attributes: • University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent. • 2 - 3 years of work experience in the not-for-profit sector (preferred) including the handling of corporate communications, original writing and editing, and some public relations. 3 years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity (Desirable). • Understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management. • Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions. • Effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines. • Good presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
