Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined. Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and construction staff on biogas plant projects.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.Oversee all phases of project execution, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project lifecycle.Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for plant components.Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for biogas plant operations and maintenance.Maintain strong client relationships and deliver project updates and reports.Stay updated on biogas technology advancements and implement innovative solutions.Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 5+ years’ relevant experience (3+ years in a managerial role); proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering4-6 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permittingExperience with AutoCADStrong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skillsTelugu speaking is must
