Fairfest Media, the organizer of TTF, OTM and BLTM is an established leader in travel trade shows in India, serving governments and businesses from over 100 countries.


Fairfest’s flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as India’s leading travel event and is the largest B2B travel show in the Asia-Pacific region.


We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that effectively promote our brand, products, drive engagement, and support the overall marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies in line with the company's objectives and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing communication channels.
  • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and performance analysis across various platforms.
  • Liaise with external partners, agencies, and media to maximize brand exposure and positive coverage.
  • Lead the development of innovative and compelling communication strategies for all our travel trade shows, ensuring brand consistency and maximum impact.
  • Monitor and optimize the company's online presence, including social media channels, to deliver timely and engaging content that drives audience interaction and supports marketing objectives.
  • Drive internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment with external messaging and to keep employees informed and engaged.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record in marketing communications, preferably within the events, exhibition, or travel industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing marketing campaigns and driving engagement across diverse channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, generative AI tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
