Role Description Marketing Communications Manager

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Marketing Communications Manager

What you'll do:

• Assist in executing the marketing communication strategy across digital channels (website, app, email, social media, and other owned platforms)
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned across campaigns per the platform's varied consumer personas
• Support the creation, implementation, and optimization of campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and user growth
• Help plan and execute brand initiatives, activations, and digital campaigns to strengthen Hyugalife's presence
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

• 24 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or brand communications roles
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of brand strategy and experience supporting brand management initiatives
• Experience supporting campaigns across digital platforms, websites, apps, and social media
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• MBA or relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
