Role Description – Growth Manager, Performance Marketing

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

We’re looking for a strong performance marketing leader to drive revenue growth and ROAS for Hyugalife. The ideal candidate brings high ownership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to experiment, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across key platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta and Google
• Drive strategic planning across channels with clear goals on budgets, ROAS, and revenue
• Run full-funnel experimentation to test, learn, and scale campaigns
• Continuously optimize campaigns to balance efficiency and growth
• Lead creative strategy with the content team, ensuring fresh assets and new experiments
• Align performance marketing activities with overall calendars and sale events
• Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs to guide decisions

Qualifications

• MBA preferred, with 3–6 years of experience scaling performance marketing campaigns
• Proven track record in scaling revenue from early-stage (0–1 or 1–10 journey)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce growth levers
• Deep expertise in Meta paid ads; experience with Google Ads is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused
