Marketing Communications Intern

At Paper Theory, we’re not just a 360° creative communication agency, we’re a playground for ideas, storytelling, and brand building. We’re looking for an Intern who can blend creativity with communication, and is just as comfortable brainstorming quirky campaign ideas as they are reaching out to potential clients.

Responsibilities

Market & Competitor Research: Track industry trends, analyse campaigns, and identify leads and seasonal opportunities.

Pitch Deck Support: Assist in creating and refining impact presentations and pitch decks tailored to client needs.

Creative Ideation: Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, brand hooks, and collaborations that align with Paper Theory’s voice.

On-Camera & Social Media Support: Be part of content creation, contribute to social media handles, and add personality to our brand presence.

Engage with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, or calls.

Administrative Support: Help coordinate calls, take meeting notes, and manage follow-ups or email campaigns.

Qualifications

Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields.

Industry Edge: Prior internship or exposure to advertising, branding, or marketing is a plus.

Research & Strategy: Strong grasp of market research, competitive mapping, and go-to-market basics.

Creative Spark: Out-of-the-box thinking, campaign ideation, and storytelling flair.

Tools: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).

Creative Tools (Bonus): Knowledge of Canva video editing, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools is a strong plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; confident while talking to clients or cold leads.

People Skills: Natural networker who can build rapport and represent Paper Theory professionally.

📍 Location: Gurgaon Office

🗓 Working Days: Monday–Friday

3 days WFO (Work from Office)

3 days WFH (Work from Home)
