About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the execution of marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing 360° marketing campaigns, with strong analytical capabilities and a creative mindset.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, influencer, performance, etc.) aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Content, Design, and Growth to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from briefing and budgeting to execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real-time and improve KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROI, and engagement.
  • Segment audiences and personalize campaign strategies to increase relevance and conversion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior to inform campaign direction.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall brand strategy.


Qualifications:


  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in B2C or D2C companies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MoEngage), and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in the health, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance marketing metrics.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
