You’ll work in a dynamic, scale-up environment where rapid learning, initiative, and precision are key — no red tape, just real impact.You’ll join a high-performance team that values attention to detail, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning — all while working remotely.If you’re passionate about leveraging marketing automation to drive leads, optimize workflows, and make data-driven decisions, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doingCampaign Support: Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, nurturing sequences, and outbound workflowsAutomation Management: Build and maintain marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Pardot, or similar platformsSegmentation Strategies: Develop segmentation strategies to personalize messaging based on lead behavior, demographics, and engagementData Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaignsCRM Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-structured CRM and contact database to ensure data integrity and accuracyA/B Testing & Optimization: Support A/B testing to identify high-impact messaging, timing, and content strategiesCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Digital Marketing to align campaign activity with lead generation and pipeline goalsMust-Have Skills2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation, ideally in a B2B or tech environmentProficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, or similarStrong understanding of email marketing and how workflows align with the buyer journeyDemonstrated ability to analyse performance data and recommend adjustmentsExceptional attention to detail with a knack for organizing and maintaining CRM databasesBonus: Experience with lead scoring, tagging, or behavioural segmentationAt Smart Working, your work will go beyond setting up workflows — it will drive lead generation, optimize marketing processes, and support revenue growth.If you’re ready to dive into martech, build impactful campaigns, and contribute to a fast-growing, global team,we want to hear your story.
