Marketing Associate

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associates to support our social media and event marketing efforts. This role is responsible for coordinating online presence, planning and executing events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Reporting to the Business Leaders, he/she will be responsible for the full range of content and marketing activities within the events production BU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics using online softwares such as Canva, figma, Adobe
• Create Appealing Social Media Creatives using Graphic Designing Tool
• Design and manage email marketing mediums - Zoho
• Design disseminate weekly newsletters to subscribers
• Created Spaced out email marketing campaigning to clients and subscribers
• Plan and generate Campaigns using Google Adwords, Community Handling platforms and Social media platforms
• Video Editing using advance Video Editing Softwares
• Produce Short Reels to create visibility

Social Media Management:

• Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow followers and audience base
• Track social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain an organized content calendar and marketing schedule
• Support branding consistency in all marketing materials
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and event feedback

Client Servicing:

• Coordinate Client logistics updates closer to the event including venue, vendors, materials, and on-site support
• Disseminate information to clients on Social Media Posts, speakers' updates, onsite stall possession
• App Download etc.
• Promote events through digital channels and track RSVP/attendance
• Capture content during events for social media and post-event use

Other Responsibilities

• Research, write and direct content for regional markets
• Identify and engage industry speakers
• Work closely with conference producers
• Promote and manage events production and industry and partner conference strategy;
• Work closely with in-country business leaders to achieve desired marketing performance
• Acquire strong understanding of the events business and the industry that we serve to ensure effectiveness of marketing
• Responsible for all aspects of conference preparation including audience acquisition, branding and sponsor promotion
• Weekly reporting of marketing performance over video call to all business leaders

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
• Have strong marketing acumen and flair for writing is a must
• Required language(s): Strong spoken and written English
• Confident and able to hold quality conversations with international and local executives
