About the Role:

Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Scout Potential International Partners:

  Identify creators, agencies, and community leaders from English-speaking countries on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Skool, etc.

• Outreach & Messaging:

  Craft and test personalized messages to start conversations and build relationships.

• Calls & Closures:

  Get on calls with interested partners and help onboard them into the program.

• Promotion Support:

  Assist partners in executing campaigns that drive signups and generate commissions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a bias for action
• Enjoys the thrill of outreach, negotiation, and closing
• Strong interest in the creator economy
• Open to experimenting, learning, and iterating quickly
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
