Job Title: Strategic Marketing Associate to Head – Strategic Marketing Location: Chennai Experience: 2–3 years in D2C skincare, beauty, or wellness Reports to: Head – Strategic Marketing Company: Glo-Q Innovation Private Limited Role Overview: We are seeking a sharp, hands-on, and passionate individual to work closely with the Head – Strategic Marketing in driving the brand’s growth and innovation agenda. This role is ideal for a high-potential candidate with early experience in D2C beauty/skincare who is looking to fast-track their exposure across product innovation, brand campaigns, and strategic execution in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic & Project Support Assist the Head in executing strategic marketing plans across new product launches, brand campaigns, and growth initiatives. Manage timelines, cross-functional coordination, and deliverables for active brand and product projects. Support in building strategic decks, performance reviews, and investor or leadership presentations. 2. Brand & Campaign Execution Help execute campaign rollouts across digital, social, and influencer platforms. Support content planning and storytelling initiatives aligned with brand values of premium skincare, innovation, and efficacy. Coordinate with external agencies (creative, PR, digital) and internal teams for seamless execution. 3. Market Research & Trendspotting Track and analyse competitor activity, product launches, category trends, and global beauty innovations. Co-ordinate with various market research agencies/consultants project wise. Prepare insight reports and recommend actionable for product innovation or brand positioning. 4. D2C & Digital Coordination Collaborate with digital and growth teams (internal or external) on performance marketing, product pages, content optimisation, and CRM efforts. Track and report key KPIs: campaign performance, engagement, consumer feedback, etc. 5. Product Development Support Coordinate with formulation partners, designers, packaging vendors, and regulatory teams during new product development. Maintain documentation, claim support, and sample tracking throughout the NPD cycle. Co-ordinate with various Clinical Trial agencies for clinical trials and Claims testing for new products. Who You Are: 2–3 years of experience in a D2C skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brand. Deep passion for skincare, innovation, and consumer behaviour. Strong in research, planning, and English communication (written and verbal). Highly organized with a proactive mindset and ability to multitask. Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PPT), Excel, and Google Suite. Comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
