💼 Primary Responsibilities:

📊 Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.

🔍 Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and support marketing strategy development to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth.

📝 Secondary Responsibilities:

🏫 Visiting schools and local tuition teachers

🏕️ Organizing canopy activities

📰 Leaflet distribution (outside schools/coaching centers/markets/offices) & 📥 data collection

🏘️ RWA activities – Meet authorized persons & schedule senior meetings

💻 Data collection & uploading into the system

👨 🏫 Meeting with School Admin/Principal:

🧾 Visit local schools to meet coordinators/principals and book appointments for senior meetings

🎉 Meet & greet during annual functions, pre-exam visits, birthdays & anniversaries

🤝 Coaching/Tuition Teacher Liaisoning:

📚 Build collaboration with local tuition teachers and coaching center owners
