Location: Chennai , Coimbatore & Madurai

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 13 years (in construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry preferred)

Industry: Elevators, Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.
• Promote the company's elevator products, maintenance, and modernization services.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow up on enquiries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented professional.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
