About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and forward-thinking Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and boost ROI. You’ll collaborate across departments to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies (digital & traditional) that support business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
• Plan and execute SEO & SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Drive lead generation efforts across multiple channels, focusing on quality over quantity.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, web analytics, lead conversion, etc.) and use insights to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create impactful campaigns and assets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SEO & SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Previous work in B2B or SaaS environments
