Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of marketing, contribute to brand growth, and support the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events, email, etc.) Create and manage content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support marketing strategy Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches Support the preparation of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and sales collateral Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure brand consistency Manage marketing databases, email lists, and CRM entries Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 1-2 years of relevant work/internship experience in marketing or related roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing software, CRM systems) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications (optional): Experience with marketing automation tools Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM Prior experience in [Industry] marketing Salary 3L CTC during probation (6- 9 months) upto 5LPA CTC post probation + Incentives Show more Show less
