Marketing Associate

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, delivering measurable business results.
• Decode market trends and consumer insights to craft winning brand and growth strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize initiatives for maximum reach and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, powerful brand messaging.

On-Ground Marketing & Outreach

• Build strong connections with schools, coaching centers, and tuition teachers through regular field visits.
• Execute canopy promotions, school-side activations, and hyper-local branding campaigns.
• Distribute promotional material across high-footfall zones (schools, markets, offices) with focused lead capture.
• Collect, verify, and upload prospective data efficiently into internal systems.

School & Institutional Engagement

• Engage with school principals, coordinators, and administrators to establish long-term partnerships.
• Schedule and support senior-level meetings with key decision-makers.
• Strengthen relationships through presence at annual functions, exams, and special occasions.

Coaching & Tuition Partner Liaison

• Develop strategic alliances with tuition teachers and coaching center owners.
• Expand referral networks and execute local collaboration initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between academic partners and internal teams for smooth coordination.
