Allervision

• Create compelling reels, videos, and social media posts to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Design and produce marketing assets (videos, brochures, posters, flyers, one-pagers, pitch decks) using

  Canva and Figma

  .
• Plan, execute, and track campaigns in

  HubSpot

  , including CRM workflows and lead nurturing.
• Support

  B2B marketing outreach

  to retailers, healthcare providers, and allergy organizations (emails, decks, follow-ups).
• Manage

  email marketing campaigns

  , including newsletters and drip sequences.
• Conduct

  App Store Optimization (ASO)

  to improve app visibility and downloads (keywords, screenshots, descriptions, reviews).
• Research and engage influencers, partners, and online communities to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Proficiency in

  Canva and Figma

  for content and design creation.
• Strong written communication skills for outreach, campaigns, and copywriting.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., iMovie, CapCut, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with

  HubSpot

  or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Prior experience with

  B2B outreach

  (email campaigns, partnerships, or enterprise marketing).
• Knowledge of

  App Store Optimization (ASO)

  best practices.
• Strong storytelling ability and a creative eye for design.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
