Job Description

As a Marketing Associate at our company, you will be a key player in driving lead generation, client engagement, and brand representation at exhibitions and industry events. Your role will require exceptional communication skills, a proactive marketing approach, and a willingness to travel extensively. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Cold Calling & Lead Management** - Initiate cold calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects. - Maintain and update a comprehensive lead database with accurate and timely information. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to drive lead conversion. - Effectively communicate the company's value propositions and offerings to prospective customers. - **Exhibitions & Event Management** - Plan, organize, and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. - Travel as required to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities. - Coordinate event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups. - Develop and implement strategies to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement during events. - Collect and analyze event feedback to enhance future marketing strategies. - **Communication & Relationship Building** - Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. - Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly. - Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. - **Multilingual Proficiency** - Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional regional languages will be an advantage. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups across different linguistic backgrounds. - **Fast Learner & Adaptability** - Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and industry trends. - Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and evolving marketing strategies. - Demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques and customer engagement tactics. - Be open to feedback and continuously improve communication and marketing approaches. - **Outspoken & Extroverted Personality** - Exhibit confidence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and engage others. - Maintain a professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance at all times. - Display a positive, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude toward marketing and client interactions. - Be comfortable with public speaking and product demonstrations during events. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. **Additional Details:** - The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience. - Skills required include proficiency in Malayalam, English, Hindi, and other regional languages. - Strong understanding of marketing strategy, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Zoho CRM is essential.,
