Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Marketing Associate . The role involves developing and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and promote TINYLOOP’s solutions. Key Responsibility Social Media Management • Manage and post engaging content across LinkedIn and YouTube. • Collaborate with the team to promote services, events, and success stories. • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements. Presentations & Collateral • Design and prepare PowerPoint decks for customer meetings and proposals. • Support the creation of marketing materials and case studies. Website & Blog Updates • Coordinate website updates with the internal or external web team. • Write and publish blog articles showcasing insights, services, or customer success stories. Email Marketing • Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters to customers and partners. • Track open/click rates and suggest improvements for engagement. Event Planning • Assist in organizing monthly webinars, networking events, and customer sessions. • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications. Market Research & Reporting • Research industry trends, competitors, and potential customers. • Prepare monthly marketing and outreach performance reports. Qualifications Strong communication and creative writing skills to craft effective marketing messages Knowledge of Marketing Strategy , Digital Marketing , and Brand Management Experience in developing content, campaigns, or promotional materials for technology or consulting firms Proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business , Communications , or a related field Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, or analytics software is a plus
