Job Description
The Marketing and Sales Supervisor will coordinate and implement marketing initiatives and sales strategies to achieve business growth targets both at the Everest Base Camp luxury glamping resort and for Cloud Hospitality Pro, a leading virtual reception service provider. This role requires leadership in market research, team management, and customer relationship building, driving revenue and brand visibility while maintaining the essence of immersive, slow-living luxury experiences in Mussoorie and scalable, innovative hospitality solutions in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the sales and reservations or sales and marketing teams..
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with brand pillars: for Everest Base Camp, focused on elevated luxury in the wild and conscious hospitality; for Cloud Hospitality Pro, emphasizing cutting-edge virtual hospitality solutions with cost savings and scalability.
- Create annual marketing and sales plans; analyze market trends and generate reports tailored to luxury travelers and hospitality technology clients.
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, representing sophisticated, warm brand identities for both luxury resort guests and hospitality industry partners.
- Hire, coach, and motivate sales and marketing team members across both locations, providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Monitor, forecast, and report on sales figures and campaign effectiveness, leveraging platforms including Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, influencer partnerships, and virtual service digital channels.
- Collaborate with external vendors, influencers, and digital teams to execute seasonal campaigns, launch offerings such as resort curated experiences, and promote Cloud Hospitality Pro’s innovative virtual reception solutions.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues as the escalation point.
- Recommend improvements based on competitive research and feedback to optimize marketing communications and promotional materials for both luxury hospitality and tech service markets.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, management, or related fields.
Proven experience in marketing and sales supervisory roles, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel sectors, or hospitality technology solutions.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills aligned with poetic and sophisticated client engagement approaches.
Ability to work under pressure, manage cross-location teams effectively, and drive results within dynamic environments.
Experience with marketing platforms and CRM tools used for luxury resorts and hospitality tech operations preferred.
Passion for luxury travel, responsible tourism, innovative hospitality services, and curated guest experiences.
