Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Reservations team, including scheduling, coaching, and evaluating reservation agents.​

Ensure all reservations (calls/emails/online requests) are processed promptly, professionally, and accurately.​

Maximize occupancy and revenue by converting inquiries into bookings and optimizing upselling opportunities.​

Provide exemplary customer service and resolve guest issues that cannot be handled directly by team members.​

Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and operational issues are resolved smoothly.​

Deliver accurate, timely daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.​

Promote loyalty programs and maintain strong brand image through professional conduct and communication.​

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel hospitality/reservations supervision.

Proven supervisory, organization, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage a multiple teams.
