About the Role

Commis Chef (All-Rounder)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across multiple sections (Indian, Continental, Chinese and Breakfast).
  • Maintain top standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and organization.
  • Support senior chefs in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
  • Manage ingredients, inventory, and food storage efficiently.
  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or resort experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisines.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.
