About the Role

Commis Chef (All-Rounder)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across multiple sections (Indian, Continental, Chinese and Breakfast).
Maintain top standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and organization.
Support senior chefs in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
Manage ingredients, inventory, and food storage efficiently.
Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or resort experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisines.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.
