Job Summary

Single/Multi-Beam Echo Sounders, Marine GNSS, ROVs, USVs, ADCPs, Side Scan Sonars, Sub Bottom Profilers and other reacted Products

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategy:

     Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets within the marine and hydrographic sectors.
  • OEM Development and Management.

    Close interaction with our existing OEM for their products and services and finding new OEM as per market demand.
  • Business Development:

     Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target accounts through lead generation, cold calling, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management:

     Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including end-users, contractors, and government bodies.
  • Market Analysis:

     Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer expectations to inform product development, pricing, and positioning strategies.
  • Bid and Proposal Management:

     Help and coordination with tendering Group for Preparation of quotations, tenders, and proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals to ensure maximum profitability .
  • Reporting:

     Track sales performance, forecast sales, and provide regular reports to senior management on market conditions and performance metrics.
  • Travel:

     Willingness to travel frequently (domestically and internationally) for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and conferences. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

     A Bachelor's degree in Engineer.
  • Experience:

     A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical sales and marketing within the marine, shipping, or offshore industry, with specific experience in hydrographic products being a strong advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge:

     In-depth knowledge of marine and hydrographic equipment.
  • Sales Acumen:

     Proven track record of achieving sales targets, business development strategies, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Skills:

     Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Attributes:

     Self-motivated, customer-focused, strategic thinker, and a proactive team player.
