Tasks & Activities


Creative & Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop

    quarterly, monthly, and seasonal

    marketing strategies for the company and Founder’s personal brand.
  • Build and manage master marketing calendars spanning social content, paid campaigns, collaborations, PR, and event coverage.
  • Present campaign insights and progress reports to leadership with clear performance summaries.

Brand Visual & Communication Excellence

  • Lead the creative identity across all assets — social posts, branding material, client decks, visual films, web content, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to refine output quality and uphold a cinematic brand standard.
  • Approve all communications and visuals before publishing, ensuring consistency in tone, fonts, color narratives, and brand elegance.

Digital & Social Media Presence

  • Oversee and grow The Mindful Planner’s digital eco-system — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Founder handles.
  • Design content frameworks that increase engagement, emotion, and recall without being overtly promotional.
  • Guide caption strategy, content sequencing, storytelling arcs, and posting hygiene across all platforms.

Performance Marketing & Campaign ROI

  • Build, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, collaborations).
  • Define objective funnels — awareness, engagement, leads, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Monitor CPC, CPL, ROAS, and ROI, and continuously optimize audiences, creatives, and budget deployment.
  • Share insights and reports bi-monthly or monthly with action-based recommendations.

Experiential & Event-Led Marketing Direction

  • Direct creative storytelling on-site during events, including shot lists, emotional beat capture, BTS moments, and Founder coverage.
  • Guide photographers/videographers for narrative-first visual capture.
  • Oversee live storytelling through event reels, teasers, and real-time posting to maximize digital impact.
  • Curate final content packages post-event that drive brand visibility and engagement.

Founder Personal Brand Positioning & PR

  • Define and deploy a high-impact, strategic content and communication plan for the Founder — positioning as a thought leader in creativity, experiences, and brand storytelling.
  • Maintain synergy yet individuality between company and Founder handles.
  • Secure strategic PR avenues — podcasts, panel discussions, influencer collaborations, press mentions, brand partnerships, etc.
  • Prepare media kits, talking points, and narrative positioning decks for Founder representation.

Trend Adoption & Innovation

  • Research and adopt emerging trends in luxury communication, digital content, storytelling formats, and experiential marketing.
  • Test new ad formats (Reels Ads, Story Funnels, Carousel Films, Lead CTAs).
  • Introduce fresh storytelling formats, campaign ideas, audience behavior analysis, and industry-movement insights to the team.
  • Lead learning initiatives within the marketing and creative unit.


Bonus Experience

  • Prior experience leading creative marketing in an agency, luxury brand, or experiential/event-led organization.
  • Strong design thinking and visual storytelling orientation.
  • Understanding of digital PR, influencer economy, and luxury audience behavior.
  • Background in paid campaign scaling and brand positioning for founders or public figures.
