Job Description

Your Role

Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business planning.
Develop and execute an annual marketing plan tailored to ERD India GEC and AIE centers.
Create engaging and interactive content to position Capgemini as a leader in Engineering and Innovation.
Plan and execute Tier 1 industry events, client innovation days, and technology showcases.
Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Drive internal amplification through quarterly newsletters, win communications, and Daily Hub stories.
Curate and publish value-driven client stories to enhance internal engagement.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.

Your profile

14-16 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a technology or innovation-driven environment.

Team building and team management experience.

Strong content creation and storytelling skills.

Experience in event planning and digital campaign management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
