Job Description

Run performance marketing campaigns specifically for q-commerce visibility and conversions
Plan and execute ads within q-commerce platforms to optimize homepage visibility, category search placements, and relevant keyword targeting
Run small-scale experiments to test cohorts, measure CAC, and optimize ad spend efficiency

Agency Requirements:

Proven experience with q-commerce advertising in India (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart)
Ability to set up performance campaigns within limited budgets while scaling based on traction
Strong analytics capability to recommend targeting and spend allocation
Boutique/lean setup that can work hands-on with founders
