We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Researcher to gather, interpret, and present data that will help guide strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, knowledgeable in market trends, and capable of transforming complex insights into actionable recommendations. Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Design and execute surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observational studies. Analyze data using statistical tools and convert findings into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations. Assess market potential, demand forecasting, segmentation, and customer behavior trends. Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, product performance, and positioning. Prepare market intelligence reports for cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to define research requirements and propose solutions. Stay updated with industry developments, emerging consumer trends, and new research methodologies. Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through data-driven insights. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as a Market Researcher, Analyst, or similar role. Strong knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis. Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and data accuracy orientation. Experience in consumer research, brand tracking, or competitive intelligence is a plus.
