· Solution based result-oriented achievements with proven example to demonstrate
· Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Development Studies, Energy, or related field
· 3+ years of experience in market research, impact assessment, or development sector studies — preferably within clean energy, climate, or rural livelihood domains.
· Strong command on MS Excel and other data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or equivalent) and ability to derive insights from primary and secondary data.
· Experience in field research, survey design, and community-level data collection.
Having good experience on primary and secondary research
Fixed salary: Up to 55k per month
Variable: 25% Linked to business/project growth
