Market Researcher

As a Research Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in conducting primary research to gather valuable insights for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting primary research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and direct outreach. - Identifying and engaging with target respondents, decision-makers, and industry experts. - Designing and managing questionnaires, discussion guides, and feedback forms. - Collecting, validating, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Preparing detailed research reports, presentations, and executive summaries. - Collaborating with internal teams (consulting, marketing, product, recruitment, etc.) to deliver insights aligned with client requirements. - Tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. - Maintaining respondent databases and ensuring high-quality, ethical research practices. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for conducting interviews and drafting reports. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to handle deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Prior experience in research, recruitment, or data collection is preferred but not mandatory for fresher roles. Additionally, it would be nice to have the following skills and experiences: - Exposure to market research tools/CRM/ATS. - Knowledge of survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms, Typeform, etc. - Experience working in B2B or B2C research projects.
