Program Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic U.S. Program Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for students/clients from the U.S., providing guidance, support, and program-related information. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure an exceptional experience for every student/client.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for U.S.-based students/clients through calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
• Provide detailed program information, clarify requirements, and assist with enrollment processes.
• Guide and support students/clients through program procedures, deadlines, and documentation.
• Address queries and concerns promptly while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in CRM/Database systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery and client satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for client engagement and conversions.
• Stay updated with program policies, industry trends, and company updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
• Prior experience in academic advising, student counseling, sales, customer service, or related field (international exposure is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in U.S. night shift timings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling international clients/students.
• Knowledge of U.S. education system or global academic programs.
• Target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
