Market Research Manager

You will be responsible for working directly with the business to better understand their needs related to primary and secondary market research, forecasting, field force sizing, segmentation, targeting, and analytics. Acting as a bridge between the business and Global Business Services (GBS), you will facilitate support activities and ensure that the services provided by GBS align with local requirements. Located in Hyderabad, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a leading healthcare primary market research team collaborating with brand teams worldwide. You will play a crucial role in bringing innovative healthcare products to those in need and supporting the strategic plan of Novartis. Your key responsibilities will include planning and designing market research analyses, utilizing statistical methodologies, guiding report structures for easy understanding, proposing alternative approaches for optimization, and completing studies at local, regional, and global levels. Additionally, you will assist in achieving financial targets for market research, deeply understand customer needs, and contribute to service development. To qualify for this role, you should have 7-8 years of experience in market research, including managing multi-country studies and working within a commercial market research team. A degree in business, statistics, medicine, or related fields is required, along with fluency in English and strong presentation skills. Desirable skills include effective communication, a business-oriented approach, and experience in remote relationship management.
